At ISKCON PB Gift Shop, we ensure that all devotional products are packed with care. In rare cases where an issue occurs, we offer returns and refunds strictly under the conditions mentioned below.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
Both return and refund are available only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product is defective
- An incorrect item was delivered
Returns are not accepted for non-defective products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or customer negligence
Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please email us at contact@iskconpbgifts.com with the following details:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or videos of the defective or damaged product
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, return shipping will be free of charge.
- No returns are accepted for reasons other than those mentioned above.
Refunds
For approved defective or damaged items, refunds will be processed quickly.
- Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after return approval
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.
